Once again, russia is trying to present itself as a victim, and the war that it started as a conflict against russia, initiated by NATO. This is used as a justification for russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and its actions abroad, for both internal and international audiences. Only, the US did not attack russia. Nor did Ukraine. It was russia who invaded Ukraine, it was russia who committed numerous war crimes and atrocities, it was russia who united the western world against itself, and it was russia who orchestrated the global food shortage. There are no NATO or Ukrainian soldiers on russian land.
